Brooklyn dog owners asked to weigh in on Scoop Act

The recently passed Scoop Act requires the Department of Sanitation to install at least 1,200 dog waste bag dispensers on trash bins across the five boroughs. City Council members will be in Prospect Park Saturday to gather feedback from dog owners regarding those bins.
