Police say a person was shot and wounded in Coney Island early this morning.
Investigators say the 29-year-old victim was shot in the foot at the Carey Garden Houses on 23rd Street at around 1:30 a.m. The victim was taken to NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn in stable condition.
So far, no arrests have been made.
