A 1-month-old baby girl was found dead after police performed a wellness check Saturday in Flatbush, according to authorities.

It happened Saturday evening just a few minutes after 7:30 p.m. at 209 Veronica Pl.

When officers arrived, they found the infant unconscious and unresponsive.

EMS pronounced her deceased at the scene.

The medical examiner will determine cause of death.

As of Sunday morning, no arrests have been made.
