1 person dead, 1 seriously injured after semi-trailer crash on I-78

Officials say a semi-trailer lost control when it hit a guardrail. It then slammed into another truck driving the opposite ways.

One person is dead, and another seriously injured after a crash involving two trucks and three cars on I-78 this weekend. 
The accident happened just after 6 a.m. Saturday morning in Newark. 
Officials say a semi-trailer lost control when it hit a guardrail. It then slammed into another truck driving the opposite ways.
Both trucks erupted in flames.
Freightliner truck driver Israel Herrera Flores, 45, was killed.
Three other cars were also hit.
Express lanes were shut down for hours, but have reopened.
