A fire Saturday afternoon in Crown Heights left one person injured, according to authorities.

Fire officials say it began inside the building on St. Johns Place around 4:30 p.m.

The injured individual was taken to Interfaith Medical Center. Their condition was unclear as of Saturday afternoon.

A cause of the fire was not immediately known.
