One man is under arrest and another is on the run after an officer-involved shooting in Brooklyn.
Police say it happened on East 93rd Street and Avenue B at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday. They say officers fired shots at two men after they say one man pulled a gun on them.
According to police, officers were called to the area for a shots fired call. Upon arrival, police say a man started to shoot at them. The officers fired back several rounds, but missed the suspects.
Officers searched the area after the shooting. A 24-year-old man is in custody, while the other man was able to flee the scene.
Both officers are expected to be OK, but were taken to Methodist Hospital and treated for ringing in the ears..
