The victim of an acid attack is still hoping her attacker will be caught.
Hofstra University student Nafiah Ikram was walking up her driveway a year ago when someone threw acid in her face.
Ikram suffered severe burns on her face, throat and arms.
The Nassau County Police and the FBI have offered rewards for information on the incident, but the perpetrator still has not been found.
"I really, really want to get justice for myself, but also make sure like my mom mentioned that we don't want this to happen to anyone else's child or any other person," Ikram says.
Authorities say the suspect fled in a red Nissan Altima from 2013-2015 with fog lights.
Anyone with information is asked to call the authorities.
