Thousands of Brooklyn residents living in public housing are still without heat and hot water almost three weeks after Sandy struck.

The four Brooklyn complexes without heat and hot water are Carey Gardens, Coney Island, Surfside Gardens and O'Dwyer Gardens.

Volunteers helped residents in the building on Sunday by dropping off packages and blankets.
