yesterdayTwo men were indicted Friday for allegedly fatally shooting a Bohemia father in what investigators now believe was a case of mistaken identity.
Christopher Sanchez and Oliver Schor are both charged with murder for killing 49-year-old Michael Hartmann in his backyard in 2022.
Detectives say the two men were about to go inside Hartmann's house when they gunned him down.
