Two women were shot inside a Bed-Stuy building late Thursday night, leaving one fighting for her life. The shooting happened around 10:25 p.m. inside a building on Fulton Street, according to police. Officers responding to an assault call found a 21-year-old woman with multiple gunshot wounds and a 40-year-old woman shot in the abdomen. Both were taken to Kings County Hospital. The younger woman is in critical condition; the older woman is stable, police said. Video from the Citizen app shows the chaotic scene as emergency crews rushed in — with one person being wheeled out and placed into an ambulance amid flashing police and EMS lights. A police source says the women are sisters and the shooting appears tied to a domestic incident. That source also said the suspect was in a relationship with one of the women. No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
