2 transported to hospital following fire in 3-story Baychester building

FDNY Deputy Chief Dave Sims tells News 12 firefighters were able to contain the flames and that no firefighters were hurt due to the fire.

Two people were sent to a hospital Sunday morning after the second floor of a three-story building in Baychester went up in flames.
FDNY Deputy Chief Dave Sims tells News 12 firefighters were able to contain the flames and that no firefighters were hurt. 
The owners of the home, who did not want to speak on camera, were seen outside the home looking at the aftermath. 
It's not yet known what sparked the fire.
