Suspect named in fatal Bed-Stuy shooting

Police have named a suspect in the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old man in Bed-Stuy. Authorities say 19-year-old Mitchell Wiggins is wanted in connection with the death of 23-year-old Donyell Burton.
