Car crashes occur blocks away from each other at P.S. 246 and W & L Daycare Center in Flatbush

Two car crashes happened in Flatbush just a few blocks away from each other this afternoon. Emergency crews say they received a 911 call at around 12:30 p.m. about a crash at P.S. 246 on Veronica Place.
