Police: Todd Wilks, 37, shot, killed at 268 Albany Ave.

Police are searching for the suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a man on Thursday. The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Todd Wilks. Police say he was found unresponsive at 268 Albany
