Police: 39-year-old Michael Young arrested for 2005 slaying of Sofia Rogo-Nicka
The NYPD has made an arrest nearly nine years after a Staten Island woman was found dead in a dumpster. Police say 39-year-old Michael Young is being charged with murder for the death of Sofia Rogo-Nicka.
