P.S. 202 principal Michael Spencer Edwards accused of assaulting 7-year-old
<p>An East New York elementary school principal was arrested on charges of assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child. Michael Spencer-Edwards, the principal at P.S. 202 Ernest S. Jenkyns School, was arrested Tuesday afternoon.</p>
