The NYPD says a Brooklyn man was charged with two counts of failing to yield to a pedestrian in Bath Beach Tuesday.

They say an investigation found Faheem Shabazz, 56, failed to yield and fatally struck a 66-year-old woman pushing a 2-year-old Xia Ying Chen in a stroller.

The 66-year-old woman was Chen’s grandmother. She was taken to Lutheran Medical Center and pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Investigators added Shabazz remained on the scene.
