According to the NYPD, the man exposed himself in front of a 53-year-old woman on the Bx12 bus near Third Avenue and East Fordham Road.
The suspect was last seen getting off the bus near Fordham Road and Grand Concourse.
The woman was not injured.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call police.
