Investigators have arrested and charged a 20-year-old man linked to a fatal shooting in Bed-Stuy.

Police responded to a shooting on Myrtle Avenue back in September. They say three people were shot, including the victim Kyle Forde, 28, who was killed. The other two victims were transported to a hospital in stable condition.

Police identified and arrested the accused Dylan Stanley, 20. He is being charged with murder.

In October, police also arrested Ryan Nieves, 18, and charged him with attempted murder and robbery.
