Pop-up partnership: Talea Beer Company, Wandel put modern spin on holiday traditions

The owners of Talea Beer Company partnered with local baker Stephanie Berlin, the owner of Wandel for a pop-up beer and dessert collaboration just in time for the holidays.

The pop-up shop served sweets like milk chocolate with cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate with sea salt, gingerbread and lemon with poppy seed. They were all paired with a beer from Talea and many people said it's something they never had before.

Both are women-owned businesses. They say the pop-up shop bridges the gap between traditional holiday celebrations mixed with a modern spin.  

These owners tell News 12 that this one-of-a-kind occasion will tickle your taste buds and get you in the holiday spirit.
