A new art installation is taking over the Grand Army Plaza with vibrant colors painting a colorful picture for Brooklyn residents.
The art installation is titled “Park of Dreams” and can be found alongside construction fencing on the Soldiers’ and Sailor’s Memorial Arch.
The “Park of Dreams” was funded by a $25,000 grant sponsored by elected officials. It was brought to life by contemporary artists, the Prospect Park Alliance and Art for Change.
