Steph's Bakery in Canarsie had Brooklyn's sweet tooth covered with its traditional hot cross buns for Easter Sunday.
The family business has called Rockaway Parkway home for the last 15 years and made close to 300 of these treats on Easter.
Stephenie Hunte says these buns are "an Easter tradition" and that they "sell like hot cakes."
Due to COVID-19 and the high competition stemming from other bakeries in the area, the family says this business has not been the easiest to keep afloat.
However, they do have one secret to success that keeps them going- tender loving care. Everything we do is with TLC", Stephenie says.
Steph's Bakery is located at 1392 Rockaway Parkway and loves to welcome old and new customers.
