According to officials, 30-year-old Ralief Bradford shot and killed Justin Richey one day after he turned 16. Bradford and two other people attacked Richey in broad daylight on Blake Avenue.

It was determined they wrongly accused Richey of being in a rival gang before shooting him three times.

Prosecutors say the two other people accused in the murder have not been caught yet.
