Police search for suspect wanted in connection to Bushwick deli stabbing

Police are asking for the public's help when it comes to find a man they believe is connected to a stabbing at a Bushwick deli.
Sources tell News 12 the man stabbed inside the deli was a former employee.

Sources close to the investigation say there was a fight that led up to the stabbing.
Police say the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition but is now in stable condition.
News 12 spoke with people who know the victim who say he's doing OK. People like Paola say she wants to see safety improve in the area.
“I think we need more security in the neighborhood that way these things can’t happen often," said Pa.
