Police arrested a 39-year-old man Sunday in connection to an assault on a 3-year-old girl over the summer.
On Aug. 25, police say the girl was walking with her mother on McDonald Avenue when she was pushed onto the ground. The 3-year-old sustained abrasions to her elbow.
Voglezon was charged with three counts of assault and reckless endangerment.
