Jersey Proud: Hackensack High School students bring calm and color to children’s ER with art

As part of a two-week school project, 22 art students from Hackensack High School created a series of works displayed in the lobby of Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital. The collection features an ocean theme to bring comfort to young patients.

Through their artwork, these students are doing something meaningful for families during difficult moments.

These young artists are showing how creativity and compassion can go hand in hand making New Jersey proud.
