Police say two gunmen fired shots steps from a United States Post Office in Bushwick on Monday.

Officers responded to 1369 Broadway just before 2:30 p.m., where multiple shell casings were seen marked by orange cones.

The duo, both males, were firing toward an unknown male, according to authorities.

Witnesses say everyone in the post office ducked for cover when they heard the shots.

News 12 spoke with a witness who was on the sidewalk when the shooting began.

She says it was a group of what appear to be teenagers shooting across the street into a nearby McDonald’s at a different group described as wearing all black and ski masks.

The witness told News 12 she felt a bullet come near her as she ran into the post office.

Authorities say no one was injured and the bullets did not cause any property damage.
