Police searching for woman who stabbed man twice aboard J train

Investigators say the stabbing took place at the 111 Street station at 3:36 p.m. on Saturday, but was reported to police at Fulton Street and Norwood Avenue in Brooklyn.

A 33-year-old man was stabbed twice in the thigh Saturday afternoon while on board the southbound J train, according to police.

Investigators say the alleged stabbing took place at the 111 Street station at 3:36 p.m., but was reported to police at Fulton Street and Norwood Avenue in Brooklyn.

Sources close to the investigation say a woman approached the victim and stabbed him with an unknown object.

The victim was taken to Brookdale Hospital and is expected to be OK.

Police say they are looking for a woman dressed in all black who fled in an unknown direction.

No arrests had been made as of Sunday morning.
