A kitten that was thrown out of a car in Prospect Park has found her forever home.

Bergen was named after the street he was dumped on when he was just 4 weeks old.

Someone passing by noticed the kitten and brought it to the 78th precinct.

The precinct's Council President Erika Clark, fostered Bergen until he was ready for adoption.

"I got a phone call yesterday that somebody had brought this little 1 pound, four weeks old kitten to the precinct because they had seen somebody dump it out of a car and drive off, I couldn't believe it until I went and saw her. You can always find somebody who might take the cat, rather than just dumping it on the street," said Clark.

The NYPD says there have been at least four incidents where a cat was left at the precinct.
