Royal Renovators is known across Brooklyn for completing many roof replacements in just one day, but company leaders say their mission goes beyond construction.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, owners Sean and Eden Sultan built the company from the ground up, starting with little more than determination and a commitment to serving the communities they call home.
Over the years, Royal Renovators has become known not only for its roofing projects but also for its community outreach. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company donated personal protective equipment to the FDNY, NYPD and Montefiore Medical Center. They've also repaired church roofs in their old neighborhoods, hosted food drives, and provided more than 50,000 pounds of food and hundreds of toys to families in need during the holidays.
Most recently, that commitment brought the company to East Flatbush, where widow Kimberly Jones was struggling to manage the responsibilities of homeownership after losing her husband. Facing a leaking roof and mounting concerns, Jones received an unexpected phone call from Royal Renovators offering to replace her roof free of charge.
For Jones and her family, the gift provided more than just a new roof - it delivered peace of mind and a fresh start under a safe home.
