Former United States Postal employee Bianca Graham and accomplice Sean Campbell have been indicted for stealing tenant rent payments.
The Brooklyn District Attorney’s office and the United States Postal Inspection Service New York say the duo cashed stolen and altered money orders.
The District Attorney’s office says that from August 2024 and August 2025 while being employed at the Blythebourne Post office in Borough Park Graham stole enveloped addressed to property management companies.
Together Graham and Campbell would alter the money ordered to cash them into their own bank accounts.
Postal Inspectors revived a tip regarding the thefts and in partnership with the District attorney’s office obtained a search warrant for Graham’s cellphone.
The investigation led by the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General and the NYPD Financial Crimes Task Force revealed that around 13 victims were affected by the scheme totaling a loss of $25,191.48.
Campbell and Graham are facing a slew of charge, including two counts of third-degree grand larceny and 35 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
They are expected to be back in court on August 26.
