Two people are in custody after climbing to the top of the Empire State Building Wednesday, according to the NYPD.
Video captured on the Citizen app shows two people on top of the Empire State Building.
The individuals are seen on top of the spire waving a black flag with writing on it.
Police say the Emergency Services Unit were called to the Empire State Building for two people on the antennae at around noon. There are no reported injuries and charges are pending while the investigation is ongoing.
