A 24-year-old woman is dead after a shooting inside a Flatbush apartment building late Tuesday night.

Police say officers were called to 2817 Foster Ave. around 11:25 p.m. after getting a report of a shooting.

When they arrived, they found the woman with a gunshot wound to her neck.

EMS took her to Kings County Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The victim has since been identified as Tatiana Pettus.

Police say they believe the shooting was domestic in nature.

Police sources say they are looking for the boyfriend of the victim as a person of interest.

By Wednesday morning, no one had been arrested, and investigators are still working to figure out exactly what happened inside the building and who was responsible.
