An off-duty FDNY firefighter was arrested on multiple charges, including strangulation, according to the NYPD.

Police say 32-year-old William Crimmins was arrested Tuesday at 9 a.m. on charges of strangulation, assault, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. The incident happened in Greenwood.

A source tells News 12 that Crimmins was involved in a dispute with another individual.

The details regarding the dispute have not been released.
