A Mount Vernon resident is offering a $1,000 reward for the safe return of a pet stolen from the front porch of her home.
Stella, a two-year-old French Bulldog, was taken from South Terrace Avenue and put into a vehicle around 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 1.
The owner says her GPS collar was later found southbound along the Bronx River Parkway.
Police confirm they are investigating the case. However, no details have been released about potential suspects.
