New arrest made in Crown Heights lounge shooting
An Uber Eats delivery driver, 27-year-old Amadou Diallo, was killed in the crossfire outside the lounge.

Police confirm that a new arrest has been made in a shooting at a lounge in Crown Heights.
Haile Cummings, 34, of Brooklyn was arrested on Monday and charged with murder for a shooting that happened inside of Taste of the City Lounge back in August 2025.
Two other men were arrested in connection to the incident.
Elijah Roy, 25, was arrested in September of 2025 and charged with murder. Timothy Spence, 21, was arrested in January of this year and charged with attempted murder.
According to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, the incident was gang-related.

Two of the gunmen, 19-year-old Marvin St. Louis and 35-year-old Jamel Childs, were also killed.
