Police are asking for the public’s help identifying multiple suspects accused of a violent Brooklyn robbery last month.
Investigators say four individuals exited a blue Dodge Ram pickup truck and approached the group of victims near Central Avenue on Aug. 9.
One of the suspects displayed a knife, while the others carried metal pipes and demanded cash.
A fight ensued between the two groups, according to police. A 38-year-old victim was stabbed in the torso, slashed in the face, then robbed of his cellphone and around $100.
The suspect went on to slash a 40-year-old in the head and torso before slashing another 40-year-old in the head and back. The final victim, a 53-year-old, was struck with metal pipes in the head and stomach.
Police say the suspects returned to the Dodge Ram and fled southbound on Central Avenue.
EMS took the 38-year-old victim to a hospital in critical but stable condition. The two 40-year-old victims and the 53-year-old were hospitalized in stable condition.
Police have released photos of the vehicle and a suspect at the scene. Anyone with additional information is urged to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
