Two men shot and killed at Brownsville playground

Two men were shot and killed at a Brownsville playground Friday night, according to the NYPD.
Police responded to a 911 call for a report of shots fired at 10:23 p.m. at Howard Playground near Mother Gaston Boulevard and Glenmore Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the neck and a 35-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the chest and ankle.
EMS transported the 33-year-old man to Interfaith Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The 35-year-old man was taken to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was also pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
The identities of the victims have not yet been released.
