It could soon cost more to ride the New York City Ferry.
The New York City Economic Development Corporation's board is expected to vote on a proposed fare increase Wednesday.
If approved, the one-way fare would go from $4.50 to $5.
The 10-trip pass would be raised from $29 to $30, while the discounted fare would rise five cents to $1.50.
The last time fares were increased was two years ago.
