56-year-old Luis Rojas Cabrera is under arrest and facing a slew of charges, including murder, for the death of 27-year-old Elizabeth Baron inside a Kingsbridge wellness center on July 19.

According to the criminal complaint, Baron was receiving an NAD+ IV treatment at the Bereshit Lifestyle Center at 3190 Riverdale Avenue when Rojas Cabrera says, “she went unconscious immediately.”

In that same complaint, Rojas Cabrera admits he was not licensed to practice medicine. “I am a doctor in the Dominican Republic. I have a PA license in Puerto Rico. I am not a licensed doctor in New York.”

Rojas Cabrera is listed as the founder of the wellness center.

Police say Rojas Cabrera is facing charges for murder - depraved indifference, reckless endangerment, and unauthorized practice of profession.
