Three men convicted of trespassing at a White Plains women's health care clinic are going to jail for three months.
Matthew Connelly, William Goodman and Christopher Mascinski were convicted in city court of third-degree criminal trespassing.
Prosecutors say the men were in the waiting room for two hours, blocking people from entering the offices - and police had to physically carry them out.
About 30 people showed up in support of the defendants.
Judge John Collins also scolded William Goodman ahead of his sentencing, saying Goodman perjured himself during the trial earlier this spring.
Collins says Goodman represented himself as a first responder, which is not true.
The men were fined $500 each. They all said they have no intention of paying it.
