3-year-old girl pushed to the ground by stranger in Kensington

The girl hurt her elbow but was not taken to the hospital.

Police say a 3-year-old girl was pushed to the ground by a stranger in Kensington.

The incident happened on August 25 in front of a Foodtown on McDonald Avenue. The little girl was walking with her mother when a man she did not know came over and pushed her to the ground. The girl hurt her elbow but was not taken to the hospital.

Meanwhile, the man ran off on McDonald Avenue.
