Police say a man was shot Sunday afternoon in East Flatbush, and the suspect is on the run. According to the NYPD, a 34-year-old man was shot in his leg at around 4 p.m. on East 40th Street near Avenue D. The victim was taken by EMS to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
