Four people were hurt when an ambulance crashed and overturned Sunday night in East New York, authorities said.

The accident took place on Stanely Avenue between Linwood and Essex streets.

News 12 is told that the vehicle belongs to a private ambulance company.

The condition of the injured individuals was not known as of Monday morning.
