A 63-year-old man was struck by a car while crossing the street in Brooklyn Wednesday, police say.
The incident happened as the man was crossing Flatlands Avenue near E. 84th and 85th streets around 7 a.m.
Police say the man was struck by a gray-colored BMW sedan.
He was transported to Brookdale Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
Police say the driver of the BMW remained on scene.
No charges are expected.
