Seven people were sent to the hospital after a crash Sunday morning.
Police say one car hit multiple vehicles just before 5 a.m. near Utica Avenue and Winthrop Street.
All seven victims were transported to Kings County Hospital. Three of them are in serious condition and four sustained minor injuries.
