A new report from the city comptroller is giving failing grades to more than a dozen bus lines across Brooklyn.

Riders say slow service and long waits are creating a commuter headache. Both the B12 and B46 buses got a D on the report. The B43 is one of 13 with an F. The report cited that bus line with an average speed of 6.6 mph. Some commuters said by the time a bus finally arrives, it is usually packed, which delays their travels even more.

"I don't get on no crowded bus." said one woman who takes the B12 two to three times a week. "I do not get on. I wait for the next one."

A spokesperson from the MTA said the agency agrees with the comptroller's report that faster buses are essential for riders, which is why they are redesigning city's bus network to speed up service with improved routing and spacing between stops.
