Playgrounds are not just for kids anymore.
The city's first adult playground at Macombs Dam Park has been a hit with local residents for its economic and health benefits.
Built in 2009, residents have been using the park as an outdoor gym to strengthen core muscles.
City officials say that 24 more adult playgrounds will be built within the next 18 months.
