A new affordable housing lottery is now open in East New York.
Euclid Glenmore Apartments will offer one-bedroom apartments for $617 per month.
The building was created by the Supportive Housing Loan program which focuses on permanent affordable housing to serve the needs of disadvantaged New Yorkers.
Anyone interested in applying needs an annual income between $24,000 and $105,000.
The lottery is open until April 16.
