Recent complaints from customers show that the services at the Kensington Post Office have not improved since March, when customer ratings were reported as low.
Customers say their complaints still have not been addressed. They say the problems they were unsatisfied with in March, such as long lines, a rude staff, understaffing, lost packages and receiving the wrong mail, still occur.
The United States Postal Service says it has created a customer advisory board made up of a community board leader from the Kensington Station area. The community board leader will meet with the post office to discuss the problems and see what can be done to bring customer satisfaction back up.
However, customers say the meetings have already started and nothing has changed yet. Alan Dubrow with Community Board 12 is on the customer advisory board and also says no improvements have been made.
